| Control Sistem is a leading producer of Testing Facility solutions for the Automotive sector providing all-round service and extensive specialization across the vehicle testing spectrum: Engine Testing Cells, Components Testing Rigs, Powertrain & Gearbox Testing Solutions. Backed by acknowledged credentials, Control Sistem has developed and set up an innovative Testing Center for rental purposes equipped with an advanced-technology Chassis Dyno Emission Room for measuring pollutant vehicle emissions. The Emission Room is the outstanding feature of the Testing Center and was fully designed and constructed by Control Sistem using state-of-the-art technology for measuring exhaust gas and particulate on all types of vehicles. Each solution is conceived to respond globally to customer requirements through complete, exclusive operability. The Testing Facility is equipped with high-end dedicated equipment most of which is made by Control Sistem itself. The Testing Center is also equipped with a specific rotating belt bench developed for motorcycles tests: RoBeC. Thanks to its specific patented structure, RoBeC allows to test the vehicle in highly dynamic conditions avoiding an anomalous tyre consumption. The rich equipment of the Testing Center allows to perform a lot of kinds of tests, conventional or not, on motorcycles up to 100 kW. |
